Prime Rib

Not bad. :)

4 lb rib roast. Indirect at 350* dome for about 2 hrs. Pulled at 125*, rested for 10-15 minutes. My first prime rib cook... not my last!

Oh, and Michelle... unlike the pizza, these pics ARE mine. :)

    Thanks, everyone. My cooks seem to be getting better by the day. I may figure this thing out yet! Sure am going through the lump!!

    The next challenge is some Carolina Q. :) I have a 7 lb butt waiting for me - it will be my first long cook. Tomorrow night, I think.
