spatchcock, first pizzas and rain lots of rain

Big day on the BGE! thought I'd share some pics.
I started the day with a spatchcock chicken, old bay, and apple wood chips. it was great
Then I tried out my new pizza stone. I took Fearless Grill's advice i made three great tasting pizzas. I bought dough from the local pizza shop. I obviously didn't get the air bubbles out. could someone give me some dough rolling advice.
Oh,and it rained while I cooked my pizzas. that made it so much easier.

Looks great, just work and fold the dough a bit more, let sit for 10-15 minutes, roll and tap the dough with fork

thanks, i will try that next time. it tasted great, looked not so much. spent the budget on food, obviously not beer.

hope that you enjoyed a rain free cook. before i try to cook something new for a group of people i'm going to check the weather forecast. not that rain is going to stop me, I'll just set up the umbrella earlier -

Air bubbles or not they all look good! The chicken really has some nice color!

Dock the dough. Use a fork to prick it.
