Egg Flop Recovery!

Well my lovely wife pulled off a miracle tonight! She managed to rescue the flopped Tri-Tip Mystery Meay Roast that flopped earlier this week. She combined two different BBQ Sauces, some vinegar and beef broth and cooked the crap out of it in the crock pot all day today. It was awesomem excellent flavor and just as tender as can be! She was afraid we'd be trashing that hunk of meat, but turned it into some awesome BBQ instead!

Thanks to all that shared their advice and suggestions, hopefully the next cheap cut of beef will trn out way better than the first attempt at this one!
