Grilled Skirt Steak for Fajitas

Just simple batch of skirt steak for Fajitas. Marinated in Stubb's Beef Marinade for about 4 hours. Cooked a little longer than I prefer, but gotta make the wife happy too!

Looks super, Ohatchee. Just so happens I made steak fajitas last night, too, but with top sirloin. Great stuff.

Brad...top sirloin is the way to go ideally! The old Texan is me is repeatedly drawn to the skirt steak however!

So I would guess this was at 350-400 for what, 45 min or so, with a flip or two in the middle of that time? I would like to try this 'cause the local grocery always has these available.

It was around 350-400 as you stated, but only about 15 minutes of cooking time with 4 flips.
