I have been wanting to make these ever since Florida Grilling Girl posted them awhile back. A great appetizer or whole dinner if you make the whole package Rolled 'em out with some flour, added ingredients, 10 minutes on the egg at 400....yummy
Roll 'em out
Add your favorite stuff
Ready to eat
You have to whomp 'em on the counter to open the package. I thought that was such a clever name!

My family used these alot for pizza when I was a little guy. Sort of forgot about it - thanks for the reminder.

This is for the regular biscuits in the tube or pizza dough in the tube? Is the crust very similar to pizza crust and little more biscuity? If you know what I mean.... Sure sounds easy enough. I will have to try.

This is the regular biscuits in a tube, Pillsbury I think. The crust is lighter than a pizza crust, and sweeter

Those look good. You did a great job on those!

I make these for my daughter all the time. I try to stay away from the butter flavored or buttermilk which seem to take up a large portion of the grocery shelf. You ncan roll them out pretty thin with a rolling pin.

Just an fyi: buttermilk is not high in fat. see link.
