What would you all think about using this as diffuser with adjustable rig as well as griddle?

Why not, a lot off good stuff comes off cast iron. Price looks pretty good too.
Besdes, there are a lot of other good stuff that can also be cooked on that pizza pan.

I have this pan and use it on my LBGE. It will hang from the handles on top of the fire ring. On top of the platesetter w/ legs down it will not allow the dome to close. With the handles of the pan facing down it will close.

Yes do not forget the handles. I recently made this mistake with my Paella pan. Now I have to bend the handles to get it in the egg :( .This is the greatest signature EVAR! -
I have one and use it often on my large. It works well as a diffuser and as a griddle. I've also used it to sear the skin of a spatchcock chicken. You can do the sear, flip the chicken over and bring the whole thing to the table for a fun presentation. It's not so good as a pizza pan. It's either too hot or not hot enough. I guess a stone has more mass and thus, more even heat.

I'm looking at a 13 3/4" reversible CI round griddle in the Fall Cabela's catalog for $29.99 that I am going to buy.
