Broke in that new medium

<p />Boy oh boy am I glad i was able to replace the missing medium from my egg table.[p]Broke the dude in on some smoked salmon. 2 hours @ 170 and another hour @ 200. Coated that bad boy with Rangin on both sides and that's it.[p]Really tasty salmon. The best I have done so far I believe.[p]Happy eggin ya'll.[p]Larry, gimme a jingle.[p]Mick
