Im not sure if there's a, Formal thread, however if there is'nt lets make this one it?
I met the Man himself, Shad from O.K.C. Upland last week, and I will be going back to his place on 8/1 to get more Cabernet chips, they're awesome and I dont think anyone else in the area has them.

I will be attending this event with a few people, Im not sure if Im gonna Cook, but either way, I will be there Guaranteed, Rain or Shine?

Look for me doing this...
