Dry Ranch Wings

Wife and daughter went to the beach cottage for the night,cooked some wings for my son.
simmered in Frank's,vineger and butter.
Approx 45 minutes at 375.
coated in dry ranch,cooked at 400 for 20 minutes a side.
Dinner is done.

Thanks Kim,my wife and I have been making these since the early 90's when we were dating.They take on a great flavor on the egg.

Those look fantastic. Im a big fan of wings and want to try these, but im a little confused on how you cooked them. You say you simmered them, but you show also direct grilling them. Im assuming you simmered for awhile then direct grilled to get them crispy???

If you look at the first picture I cook them in the liquid/on a raised grid/then coat w/dry ranch and grill til crisp.

They are moist inside and crunchy out,you can control it by how long you cook them.
