Cook just like baby backs. I usually do lower temp, around 225-230 at the grate. Think around 7 hrs.

I agree plus I usually spritz them with some apple juice after about 3-4 hours. then in the last hour I put on the bbq sauce since I sort of like it to carmelize.
good luck

I was thinking 3-4 hours. Do they take as long as 7 hours?
-
Full 7 bone meaty take about 5-6 hours at 250 dome

I did these just like 3-1-1 pork ribs:

I am sure your cook is over now, hope they turned out well.
7 hours @ 250°. Didn't work at all for me. 5 hours and they were way overdone and had to toss the out. Took me a year and a half to even want to try them again.
I don't cook to time but I think these were about +/- 4 hours. I found the meatiest ribs I could - fantastic.

Thanks grampa,
I happened to do a search and I found where you only did them for 4 hours. Thankfully I pulled them at that point.
I really appreciate all you do for amateurs like me
Thanks

Remember I try hard not to cook to time, rather cook to temperature. I am horrible trying to cook to a schedule, thank goodness for rest time.
If you don't have a Thermapen or a MTC Thermometer it is a well worth investment on and off egg cooking.
By the way, let us know how your cook came out and if you took some pictures post them. I hope well.

Hello Tim, been wondering about ya.
I haven't tried cooking at that low a temperature, but I will.

ribs were good but I should have pulled a little sooner.
I do have a temp unit which i use most of the time but not for ribs.
I havent figured the camera part out yet but I will learn.
