Tried my wifes BBQ chicken pizz recipe and transferred it to the egg.Smoked some chicken breasts/chopped and mixed with Stubbs bbq sauce and moppin sauce(50/50)Crust was take off from Malnati's deep dish recipe.

added some red onions,cilantro and mozzarella.Was the best pizza I've done on the egg-not great on the pictures.

    That is a nice lookig pie!! I cooked the crust for 4 min and then added ingredients crust was very good(better than my normal flat pizzas.This is a old recipe my wife created I spun it to the egg.

    That was so cool how it grew in one of the last pics. This damn forum makes me want so many new items. Now I need a deep dish pan. Rig/spider/wok is next...I think

    That there is Pheasant country. Along with quite a few other areas of the state. I do a quite a bit of hunting only 40-50 miles from Pipestone. Get a load of this spur. I bet it would make a big Tom nervous.

    Molly ,I think my wife got those at Sur La Table-they have everything in cooking you would want,just not cheap.
