What's up Tractor? Made it home safe I see. It was a pleasure to meet you and your shrimp diablos, in fact I made some last weekend. BTW...your pic's didn't come out, or at least I can't see them.

Great to hear, Boxerpapa! How did your Diablos turn out? One thing I've noticed is they are better if you're generous with the rub.

Also, not to sandbag, but the ones I made at EBTB were not my best effort, although they were good.

I've been cooking them hotter since returning from CA. Closer to 400...definitely helps with getting them roasted faster.
