the yournger bottomless pit did these on the mini tonight .. dad no cook!!!!!!!!!!!
85/15 ground beef , bacon, spinach, mozzerella and orange cheddar [egg shot shows white chedder as we ran out of orange.. older pits vanilla custard ice cream for dessert ,,,

    thanks Dale , they were good and cooked right,, they still want me to mind the egg temp for them but they are learning..

    i passed that idea onto Ben [who cooked these] and he wants me to stop at the German sausage maker this morning so he can try that,,, really a happy moment when the young adult sons offer to cook , on the mini, for their old dad!!!!

    they really do look like a fried egg when they come off the mini. and the cheese combo really works they had bacon spinach and tomato as well ... younger pits creation no help from dad other than setting the egg temp

    Ben used the two types of cheese on a burger he egged when i was at wildwood and thought it kind of looked like an egg so he cut the yellow cheddar in a circle and made another and it worked .. nice thing is this is all Ben, his creation and his cook ... ""You want anyting special for dinner???"" "" don't worry about it Dad, i will make dinner on the mini for us""

    the hut is nearing completion, as I type concrete is being mixed for the final phase, top should be placed next weekend & it'll be open for business in its final form
