If you havent tried Flat Iron Stakes for Resturant Depot you are missing out on a great Stake. They come 20-8oz in a box frozen in vac sealed bags. We find them to be just the right size for us. Works out to $3.50 per steak.

Now for my question, last night I put Raising the Steaks on one and Cowlick on the other. Cowlick label,Spicy beef seasoning and Raising the Steaks label, Canadian style BBQ Rub.
I thought the Cowlick would be hot and to me it was not, KayNOcook got the RTS and she said it had a kick
, I tried a few bites of hers and it was not hot to me at all. But I have a big mouth/no a hot mouth.
Which one should be hotter?
The good news is that they were both great and we enjoyed them to the last bite.
The Cowlick is not that hot and has great flavor.
