Flat Irons and Cowlick vs Raising the Stakes?

If you havent tried Flat Iron Stakes for Resturant Depot you are missing out on a great Stake. They come 20-8oz in a box frozen in vac sealed bags. We find them to be just the right size for us. Works out to $3.50 per steak.
Now for my question, last night I put Raising the Steaks on one and Cowlick on the other. Cowlick label,Spicy beef seasoning and Raising the Steaks label, Canadian style BBQ Rub.
I thought the Cowlick would be hot and to me it was not, KayNOcook got the RTS and she said it had a kick
, I tried a few bites of hers and it was not hot to me at all. But I have a big mouth/no a hot mouth.
Which one should be hotter?
The good news is that they were both great and we enjoyed them to the last bite.
The Cowlick is not that hot and has great flavor.

Wow Jim looks like your getting into those Flat Irons big time. Glade you guys are enjoying them. I will have to try to bring up next month some Hanger Steaks for you to try. Looking forward seeing you guys next month.
GOOD EATS -
I like to mix Cow Lick and a freshly ground dark roasted coffee when I do flatirons.

Looks yummy!! I use a combo of Traegers Veggie Shake and Montreal Steak Seasoning! Even better if you finish with a dab of butter. I'm just asking for heart trouble!

I don't which one SHOULD be hotter but the Raising the Steaks I put on the filets night before last was pretty HOT.

Which ever one feels hotter to you is hotter. -
Thanks Jason I will give that a go.
Your stakes look delish.

I just started using Chicago Steak Seasoning and love it. Works great on all meat. Not so good on fish or pork. I like it hands down over the Montreal Steak.
