Did up some beef tenderloin, prepared with some olive oil and DP Raising the Steaks. Cooked 'em the usual TRex way. Here they are finishing up the sear:
Here is the roast phase wrapping up. I pulled mine out early, and finished the other steaks at 145° for those who like it cooked more:
Cooked these on the SBGE with the cast iron grate and used the Woo2 to raise it for the roast phase.
