We're eggers now! I bought it a day or so after my post. I would like to thank all the ladies who replied to my wife's concern about being able to cook on it. She saw the pictures and was ready to go (along with the encouragement from the crowd).

So far, I've cooked Spatchcock chicken (she said the best chicken she's ever had), ribeye, tons of veggies (loved the eggplant), prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin, and london broil.

She's already anxious to get familiar with the egg so she can cook.
