As a child I remember my mother ringing a neck or two in our back yard. I don't remember that fried chicken or chicken and dumplins having cooked blood close to the bone like now. I am not a picky eater but I hate that cooked blood next to the bone in chicken you get at grocery stores now. Is there someone that sells quality chicken? Or some way to get rid of that?
