Richard Fl shows up at our mini fest at Sebastian Inlet State Park with bologna, :woohoo: like I said at lunch I will tie cinder blocks around his ankles and throw him in the inlet with his bologna. :P  NO BOLOGNA Richard  Now Richard you can show up and you don't even have to bring anything just leave the Bologna HOME. This is a NO Bologna Fest. Have a nice day.

Julie don't get me wrong I like a good bologna sandwich once in awile. Notice I said a good brand of bologna. Now to me a BBQ is supposed to have Ribs, Steaks, Pulled Pork, Chicken, and even a good old fashion Hamburger. NO BOLOGNA.

I have not eaten a single bit of bologna since I moved out of my parents' house to go to college. Wow. Can I get any public recognition for that feat?

Mike, can you put that bologna reciepe on your site. If Richard cooked it it must be good.
  • Mike,
I have had Richards bologna, as have may others. It is really better that you are giving credit.

Tom I have had his bologna, I am not saying it's no good. But every event we have he shows up with it. Richard has a heart of gold but I don't want bologna at this get together. My friends will be there even from England . Now I am not going to serve bologna to my to them. They will be here on holiday, and not to eat bologna.
  • No argue, Mike. In fact, I will be on vacation not too far away and hope to be able to take a day & come over for a mini fest visit.

Tom you are more then welcome and anyone else, love to have you come by and spend some time with all of us. Give me a call and I will give you all the information. Also on my front page of my web site has information on it. :)
  • Sorry, I don't have your # but I talked to Richard about it. I looked up the park & know it is just north of Melbourne. We are meeting my sister & BIL for the week. He will be recovering from serious surgery, scheduled this monday 06/15, so we are thinking a day without us could be good for his recovery. I will give Richard a call if we can make it & he can WARN you.

Doug, Congrats on that. I also was once a poor college student. I could make 2 lbs of ground beef, a doz eggs, and a case of ramen last almost a month. What did you survive on if it was not bologna?

I do not think Mike wants to contaminate his site with non=purist BBQ goodies.
