I think I'll put a Walleye on the BGE tonight. Any insight into how to cook & what spices to apply would be appreciated. Would any of the Dizzy Pig spices work on walleye? Oherwise, I'll just do a little butter, salt and pepper; can't decide whether to put dirctly on the grill like a salmon fillet or to set on foil.

    Sorry if I'm late. I have rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and even paprika. I usally do it in a cast-iron skillet, but foil would be just fine. Good luck. DK
