Turkey Breast

The wife brought home a turkey breast 6 1/2lb with bone. How long & what temp?

    Sauced up-
    I'd do an indirect cook, 325* dome temp, cook to 160* internal temp. Time varies, but about 15 minutes per pound-but use a thermometer to keep checking the internal temp. I can't help you with cooking times on a direct cook, except internal temp will be the same.
