A guy on another board I belong too is questioning how much a BGE can hold and pictures are better than words.

Andy what's this clown cooking on? IMHO Eggs are more about quality than quantity. But some of the pictures will show that both can easily be achieved. Don't go easy on this guy.

yep,and then theres what you can do with an egg. i would like to see someone try an 1100 degree cook on anything other than a ceramic. and im thinking the shape of some others would lead to a greater risk of cracking at these high temps
