Have not posted in a while but really enjoyed the pork loin tonight. :woohoo: Thought I should share. Montreal Steak seasoning, direct at 350.

Looks good. What did the pork loin weigh and approximately how long did it cook. Looking at cooking one next weekend.

It was about 3.5 lb. We bought a whole one at Sam's and cut it in thirds ourselves. It took about 1.5 hours direct. We are traditional on temp taking it to 160. It was still nice and juicy.

Intend to. Did steaks earlier in the week for company but they disappeared before I could get the camera.

If they do it will have to be a mini. They live on the road in their RV.
