Hey guys, does anyone have a special way that they do sliders. Having a little get together for Final Four and decided to try something different. Thanks in advance, Brett

I do mine with very finely diced onions and jalapeños mixed into the meat. I then roll it out into this pan which miraculously yields 12 burgers that fit those little Hawaiian buns perfectly. I cut the sheet of meat with a pizza cutter.

Thanks, I love the jarts insignia. My buddies parents in Columbus found an old set in the original box in their basement. He brought it out last summer and left them with us. They're still in pretty good shape. We used to play as kids all the time. What ever happened to the good ole games?

Check the "Cooks" section of my website below..and you can see a picumentary of how we like to do em...might end up on the menu for this years Eggfest again..they were a BIG hit last year

That's a great idea! I really like the diced onions and diced jalapenos too. Sliders are the best!!!

Hey Randy, how are ya? Hope all has been well. Your boys outlasted mine in the tourny. It was fun to watch them both. Think there's any chance Patinos gonna head south? I sure hope not.

Appreciate the vote of confidence...we did over 100 of them at the afterparty last year...and never had any sitting in the pan..quick and easy..and good to boot..

Brett...My first, and main suggestion....find your little buns before you plan your cook!!! I had fine plans for sliders, but could not find any little buns! So, before you get caught up in it, find your buns.
Second, provided you find little buns, shake it up a bit with a whole bunch of different toppings! A mini burger bar so to speak, but you can make it more interesting by setting it up in 'regions'. Perhaps a mexican burger topping bar (pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, red onion), aside a Greek (tzatziki, tomatoes) beside a carribbean (jerk sprinkle, hot peppers, etc)....etc...etc. Use your imagination! :woohoo: The sky is the limit!
Have fun with them, and happy cookin!
