Got my DP Pineapple Head in the mail the other day. Hats off to The Dizzy Pig. Not only do they make a great product but their speed and customer service is the best.

    Actually they came as a pre-cooked frozen product.
    I made a mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, and a touch of hot sauce. Just takes around 15-20 minutes at 350 to come out with great results.

    Green Lipped mussels cause I cooked them
    all a few nights ago in Cioppino
    But yours look sooooo goood, will try it as soon as
    hubby goes to the big city on Monday and returns with
    3 boxes full :woohoo:
