Mizzoooos game is a little too close now.

For Marquette not having their point guard it is way to close. Although the foul shots seemed to be a bit out of whack. Nice burnt ends.

Burnt ends come from cooking a whole brisket, the point is seperated after cooking.

Some but not all people cut up and finish rendering the fat out in aluminum foil with sauce.

Get a whole trimmed brisket, the point is more defined for someone who hasn't cooked many.

Point and flat seperated.

Briskets aren't easy so make sure you do your research.

Whoa Mike,
Lookin' good!!.
Got inspired to do mine a few days ago while trying to clean out my freezer. I froze a couple of caps and forgot about them.
Gotta' stop doing that compulsive shopping and shop out the freezer
