I got a corned beef flat and washed it thoroughly over night. I coated it in crushed peppercorns, garlic & onion salt. I cooked on the BGE at 250 until it reached 170. It turned out delicious.

Mighty fine looking pastrami there Kim.

    Terry,

Bobby Q had these at one of the BGE cooking classes. They are in the freezer section. They are yeast rolls. You thaw them out in their pan and put on the BGE or in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Brush lightly with melted butter. :P

They are delicious & very easy...we get them at Wal Mart or Kroger....

We've been getting them for years. They are great for frozen rolls.

Their pigs in a blanket are great too.

I couldn't tell, did you have the drip pan sitting on a plate sitter?

The cook does look fantastic, hopefully trying it this weekend...
