And this was a fine compliment, worth searching for. Great, unique, inexpensive wine that goes wonderfully with anything grilled and smokey:

Sounds great, I like the long cooks. Throw an onion on the lump for a great aroma if you have one. I love doing that,the neighbors want to know what the heck I'm cooking.
