The local grocery store had a sale on Porterhouse Steak and my new CI cooking grid just came in so I thought I would put it to the test. Worked out great.
This sparked a question - do you basically just use the CI for any normal grilling... burgers, chicken etc? Or, is the CI primarily used for steaks?

Those look absolutely mouth watering. I've started T-Rexing without the dwell step and I've been getting almost perfect medium rare. Guess it all depends on thickness .
