I got my Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head!!

I was so excited when I got home today and my DP Pineapple Head was at my door. Thanks Chirs for getting it here so quick, I couldn't believe it arrived already.I got to try this amazing new rub by Dizzy Pig at the Lake Havasu Egg event. It's great on grilled pineapple, and fantastic on chicken.
But believe or not it was outstanding on a burger. The winner of the Iron Chef competion made a burger with jalapenos, onions, garlic, some monterey jack cheese and dizzy pig pineapple head. I never would've thought to put it with a burger. It's also extremely good with a shot of taKILLya. Just lick your hand, sprinkle a little PH on and down the hatch with the taKILLya!

Oh Brett, ur missing out on some good rub!! It's not on the Dizzy Pig website but you can order it by picking any of the rubs and in the comment box say that you want to substitute Pineapple Head.
You're going to LOVE it!!!!
I was thinking it would be great on shrimp and pineapple skewers. -

Howdy Anne, and appreciate the kind words. But the stuff is for fruit, not for meat!!
Just got my nutritional data back on it, and working on laying out the label now. What about purple with orange type? Hopefully in a few weeks I'll have labels back from the printer and can go official on it.

Naw. Non-dizzy pigs are okay.
LOL. Funny story, when I am doing demos at Whole Foods, some folks ask me if there is pork in the rub (since it's called Dizzy Pig and they don't eat pork). I tell them the pig is alive and well.
Oh yeah, and the Pineapple Head is for fruit :-)
If you want some, order a bottle of something else, and in the notes section indicate you'd like to substitute a bottle of PH. Still have some pre-release jars.
