Inspired by posts here, I decided to butterfly some chicken breasts, pound them evenly flat, add some sauteed onions, garlic, shallots, pepperoni, monterey jack cheese. I then rolled it up and put some salami on the outside... I was really cleaning out the fridge. Cooked it to 165 internal, then foil wrapped while I did some asparagus on the egg for the first time.

Everything came out great...
