Gonna try jerky this weekend, & am curious as to how thick different folks like to slice it? Thanx - ERIC

    <p />E.B.,[p]MMMMM......jerky!!! I slice mine about 3/16". Some have said they do it thicker but I prefer it a little thinner. Check out the link for some great jerky advice. The photo is venison on the top screen and beef on the two below.[p]Chuck
