Zippy,

Redhead,
I have a large and a medium both in nest. If I had the room and were sure I wont move in the next year or so I would build tables for each. The nest are great if you need to move them around. I took of the wood slats on the large mates and replaced with much larger bamboo cutting boards and that gave me two nice working areas.
God luck JimI'm only hungry when I'm awake!

Jay,
I think you may be the most addicted on this site!
Cool setup! -
At first I did not know what I wanted so I opted for the nest. Later when I bought a small (we all seem to do it) I needed some place to prep. I went to sams to check out a table and came up with what I think is a great setup.

Hey Marc, just got home and no email from you if thats what you meant.

This is what I had until I built my table:
I later upgraded to two concrete blocks covered with two 12x12 pavers!
Now I'm cooking on this:
My buddy still has his large in the stand. He prefers to wheel it in and out of the garage each time he uses it.
Cooks just as well! -
Whoops, I meant to post this one for the "after":

My wife gave me a LBGE for Christmas, it came with a nest, but I knew immediately I wanted a table. I looked at the factory table, all the tables on TNW's site and scoured the forum, I decided not only did I want a table, but a pretty nice table, something similar to this one,

While I might be able to do a decent job on a basic table, I knew something like that was probably above my skills, so I talked to a friend of mine that does some work around the house from time to time and commissioned him to build it for me. At first I didn't care about the tile, but then my wife reminded me we had a lot of tile in the garage when we moved in and since there were four boxes of travertine tile, I and now going with tile. Hopefully it will be ready to go next week, I'll be sure and post a pic or two. -
dog's been staring into the Egg hole too long :woohoo:

Mine sit right on the patio. No nest no table. How easy is that?
