I had no idea that the Canadians had lobster there 
I guess they're easier to catch in the ice eh? 
I found a deal on them at my local meat market yesterday,so I figured,what the heck I fired up the mini just before the start of "the game",don't worry,it was right outside the barn door :laugh:Then I cut the back of the little buggers and sprinkled in some tsunami spin :woohoo: The rest of the pics are self explanatory :silly:

I did the best wings I have ever cooked in my life (more on that later maybe*) and and working on my 4th Kilkenny's and a few fingers worth of Sheep Dip.
Life is good.
(* the Kilkenny and Sheep Dip may just affect my ability to expand on the wings later) -

The sheep dip is breathing now - haven't sipped it yet but as soon as I kill this kenny it's next on the menu.
I am not looking forward to the weigh in tomorrow - at least I logged 3 hours on the treadmill the past two days to pay in advance. -

I've started giving my mug 15 minutes to freeze between kilkenny's. I think I'm going to start using that time wisely to pound scotch.

Hey Chris,I got these at Wilkes on Banister Rd off hwy 369.They were on sale(2 for $10.99).I don't know if they always carry them,so I would call ahead
