Hello all....
I'm glad to say I'm the newest egghead with my Large BGE. Many thanks to Capt. Al who brought me down my egg and helped me set it up. We cooked two birds on it today to break her in. One with the dizzy pig rub, and the other with a parmesan & panko rub. A little over an hour later both came out with a superior taste amazingly juicy and I look forward to putting my egg to use in the next few weeks.
I've been looking around the forums and have already learned quite a bit just by reading some of the posts. Look forward to meeting some of you as a few of us are also planning to head up for the Florida Eggfest in March.

Congratulations, and welcome to the EggNation! I still have my old gasser, too, and use it primarily to hold accessories for the eggs, and also so I have a place to put hot grates and pans while cooking
