new egger!!

Just wanted to say hey!! I recently purchased a LBGE and built my own table! Anyway Saturday night, I cooked riblets, chicken wings and tenders. They did not turn out that great. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed. I tried the egg again tonight and had pork tenderloin, turkey breast and baked potatoes all done on the egg. They turned out great and I'm excited to use it again! It was hard to convince my wife that we needed an egg but after tonight she was also impressed. Can't wait to host a bbq at my house!

The egg changed my relationship with my kids. I use to be just dumb ol dad, :huh: then their friends came over and ate some egged food and told my kids that I was awsome :woohoo: Now I have more mouths to feed! :pinch:
