Good post Pete. Many cast iron users out there don't realise that salt,vinegar,tomatoes,wine or other acidic ingredients will get through that well seasoned skillet.Just might have to recommend Cooks Illustrated to those folks on the forum that are not familiar with it.Back to Ravens game on the way to a Super Bowl. I hope.
