New years eve our main course was these two tails which each weighed 8/10ths of a pound. While they are gone now their memory will not be forgotten...RIP.

What did you do with them RRP? I've got a freezer full of FL lobsters. Would love some great egg ideas for them.

I have to shamefully admit I reverted to the time honored boil in a pot method. I have tried the Hounddog method a couple times with mixed success. Since lobster costs as much as it does here (these were $34)I clutch up when it comes to eggipermenting!

Lobster guys in Nova Scotia have started selling lobsters out of their trucks in Halifax for $5.00 per pound. Restaurants are only giving them $3.00 per pound. I am on the wrong side of this continent.
