For Christmas, Angel gave me a sign for the Cook Shack. Seeing as how she spelled it Shak.... I guess it'll be known as Terry's Cook Shak for now on. I kinda like it. The wood is heart of pine salvaged from our church that was destroyed in Katrina. It will last longer then the egg table.
Here is where it will hang.
Here's what I'm cooking today. 8 lb pork butt on top and a 14 pound whole brisket on bottom.

Nice sign and a nice little cook shak you have there.
Have you ever had all of those eggs and webers cookin at the same time? -
Nice looking sign and cook shack.
Be careful, it looks like there are two aliens hanging around those eggs.

I cooked for 28 people the day before Thanksgiving and 25 people the day after Thanksgiving. Never have had to fire up all the grills, but on the day before Thanksgiving I used the large and small egg, the Weber gasser and one of the charcoal Webers.

Great joint you got there. I personally like the "shak" and wouldn't change it for anything!!

Terry,
Tell Angel she's an angel for getting you the sign. Looks great. Are those chef's pants or pajamas?
Hope you and family have a happy new year. -
It's NOT snowing where you are...Or better yet, when was the picture taken???
This could / would / may tell many a tail... :ermm: -
Terry, that is an awesome gift and a freakin' awesome setup you have! I'm picturing myself with something similar when I buy a house someday, with all the eggs fired up and hooked up to the Guru's on a nice summer day, me lightly snoozin' on a hammock with a good beer, probably the 60 Minute IPA by DFH, with the Redsox game playing on radio. I think I've found my happy place!

Thanks Bob......I'll tell Angel what you said. And for the record, the chef hat was a present.....those ARE pajamas pants

Gulfport Mississippi..... or as we like to call it...... The Land That Winter Forgot.
The picture of me holding the sign was taken Christmas day...... the others were taken today. Rainy and 73 degrees.
