1st annual company cookoff...

My company will be holding a cookoff to put to rest a tried debate. We are all smokers and have been for a long time. I inherited a medium egg last year and have been working to perfect the science of it. I've gotten pretty damm good at it too. My question is simple. I want the egg to win this simple competition. Is there a sure fire "must do" only eggaliscious recipe on here? WE will be smoking food only no roast nor grilling.

Is the contest limited to smoked meats (butts or brisket or chicken). If not, do they know about ABT's or smoked fatties? -
I don't believe ew are limited yet but people have a way of changing things to suit their needs. Fatties you say?

search the forum for fattie. It is a stuffed sausage roll. You can put ham, cheese, just about anything inside.
