My 2 cents and what I would pass on to new egger.
1. Platesetter, tried most other set-ups
but you will use ofter.
2. Cast iron grill, will amaze you
3. Shop Vac for cleaning (drywall or dust)
bag inside for a nice easy clean.
A must before a long or high temp cook.
4. Pizza, We havent bought a take-out
since the egg. I use BGE stone and Sams
Club dough.
5. Spatchcock chicken and turkey.
6. I use this forum daily for food ideas.
7. Carwash Mikes ribs!! Take any
of his ideas or methods and apply to
yours and enjoy.
