i had to smoke two more turkey breasts today
this breast decided it wanted to be pulled. so i pulled it
quite possibly the most tender breast i've made. with a nice touch of cherry smoke. i can't wait to make some turkey soup with the three breast carcasses i have :woohoo:

Did two turkey breasts yesterday and they weer fantastic...thanks to you and others. My first time....only had the egg2 months and already on my third bag of charcoal;)
What are and where do you get the fancy thermometer/timers that I see connected to the breasts?

Over here alle we can buy is either whole turkeys or boneless skinless single breast - for lots of money. That sucks bigtime :(
