Hi! Everyone! Does anyone have some good recepies for salmon filets. I am new to green egg cooking. I hope to find a easy and delicious recipy for salmon.

yep.
While other will rave about using a maple syrup glaze, I like it pretty simple.
Salmon filet, skin side down, rub with Dizzy Pig Ragin' River (or whatever you prefer-sometimes I do nothing at all because my daughter likes it that way),400 deg, direct for about 15 minutes.
and you're done!
Prep is nothing and the cook is easy (no flipping required). -
I did a cedar plank salmon at 450 for 12-15mins. It was very moist and very good!

Cedar plank; Dizzy's Raging River; BGE at 350; salmon hits 137 in the thickest part ..... chow down!!
