looks great. .. stick a piece of foik over it to slow down the browning....and baste, baste baste!!! looks like you have plenty of good juices down in that pan, and i'm betting plenty of more in the cavity...

Thanks! Recipe is great and easy to follow. I do have the foil over it but the egg did get to 350 for a short time. That should be okay right?

Thanks. No spices but did a butter paste before it went on and a half a beer. I am using just a few hickory chips.
