i like quick stuff that is easy to produce and hand around.
i've done one-inch thick tenderloin fillets and served them between a nice fresh crusty bun. sort of upscale burgers. you can eat them with one hand (another holding a beer).
also, the old favorites of scallops wrapped in bacon and ABTs. they travel well and cook easily (and fairly quickly).
chicken wings, teryaki marinted beef (slice a roast thinly). stuff like that.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
and shrimp burgers.. Sliders

You can do a porkloin. Go to Publix and get the seasoned ones, for ease. Get some fresh corn, wrap in foild and put it on the egg.

We did a break from the normal at our last Oklahoma State tailgate (before Tech kick our arse) and what we did was cook pork sandwiches. We used a pork loin (not tenderloin)and sliced it across the grain at about 3/8" and then marinated in my steak seasoning wich is about 1/4 cup EVOO with a few tablespoons of montreal steak seasoning or Raising the Steaks (my preference) with some garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, a couple tablespoons of worstershire (sp?) sauce, 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
Marinate over night and then it's a very quick and easy cook. I literally did the meat from a 2 foot long loin roast in less than 15 minutes with the help of a grid extender. Then I did another one and vacuum sealed it for future sandwiches.

I've decided for the Baylor/Tech game that everyone will have food hangovers, so I'm doing chicken/sausage gumbo and a pot of chilli.
I cooked about 90 hamburgers with numerous wings, ABT's, sausage, and multiple sides for the OSU game in which Tech throttled those punks from OSU.
