Hi Chris, what is your favorite Dizzy Pig for chicken? I am turning 40 tomorrow and the wife and I are throwing a party on Saturday. I am doing butts with the Dizzy Dust coarse grind and I will be doing chicken thighs and chicken wings (whole wing portion). What do you suggest? I was thinkg of Raging River or Shakin the Tree? Thanks for your input! Keep smokin, Dana

chris is at the jack and probably won't be able to respond to you till next week. ...i will tell you that chicken is great with shaking the tree, or tsunami spin, or if you like some heat, jamaican firewalk. ..all are great on chicken!! . ...

I agree with Max. If you have Shaking the Trees use it.

I like STT like Max and CW pointed out, but Raging River is also surprisingly good on chicken - especially dark meat.
