Hi Tom!
I was at the class @ BGE when you were kind enough to demo the Cobbler. I'm the crazy lady that drove from Prattville, AL. I am doing a class here in Prattville and would like to do your cobbler (giving full credit to you, of course).
After reading the recipe on the Eggfest 07, I have two questions...direct or indirect? And the canned pineapple in my store was all unsweetened, do I need to add sugar?

Thanks so much,
Jo

We do ours indirect(no burnt bottom). When we use pinapple, we always use unsweetened. The cake mix will have plenty of sugar as well as the sweetness of the pineapple. You'll be fine!

I dreampt last night that no one showed up for the class! I needed that last line in your post "You'll be fine"!
