Ugh, I've been in Houston for almost a week and I'm going crazy. Before coming here I hadn't cooked on the Egg for about 3 days due to other circumstances. I miss good food. I miss the sweet smell of the smoke. I miss good food (again. I've been to two BBQ places hoping for that sweet satisfaction but have been left wanting. Luling City Markets ribs were pretty good though. I think the best meal I've had has been at IHOP.

I'm going home in two days and going to be taking my incredible girlfriend out of town to ask her to marry me. Would it be wrong to make a steak before going out of town? I think that will be a perfect way to start a great weekend to remember.
