Wife and I are going to Jamaica to put together a BGE that I got for my wife's cousin, Liz. She's the greatest, next to my wife of course. When I get there I am going to introduce Liz to this great family of Eggheads that I am so proud of!! Just will be there for the weekend.
Going to show her how to avoid flash backs for starters. Next, will show her how to cook Jerk chicken,and ribs. If I have time, I will show her how to do Pizza, too. So, when I get there, I would like all of you to welcome the very first BGE'er from Jamaica. Thanks in advance!

I miss the food from there..... well except for the ackee :blink: -
well, all I am doing is cooking...she is the one doing the seasoning and I will definitely will try to get the recipe and share it with you!
