Top Round Roast Ideas

I have a 4 pound top round roast that I plan on cooking on the egg. About the size of a junior football. Any thoughts on how I should cook? Greatly appreciated.

275 degrees for deli roast beef, 375 for pit beef. its a great piece of meat. raised grid directfukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

I think it calls for thin sliced roast beast!
Waalt -
cook until 125 internal temp then wrap in foil...save the juice as it makse great au jus....raised direct at 275 - 300...slice thin..makes great sammiches...be sure and put some good rub or spices on it... :silly:
