Ok, so my butcher was out of prime bone in ribeyes today and talked me into trying some of his Kobe steaks..these things look pretty good and at the price should be outstanding...

My question is this..I've never prepared it and from a brief read on the net sounds like I can screw it up if I cook as usual beef steaks..I usually cook my steaks to medium..has anyone on here cooked any Kobe and if so how did you prepare and cook them?? Any help would be appreciated... B)
